El recorrido artístico que el arquitecto Luciano Matus ha realizado por el Centro Cultural Tlatelolco, el Museo Nacional de Arte y el Zócalo capitalino, entre otros espacios, ha quedado plasmado en el libro. Ciudad Memoria abre la reflexión sobre la Ciudad de México y su historia a través de una antología de textos derivados de intervenciones en esta ciudad que Luciano Matus realizó entre el año 2002 y 2012.
